Youth Work
At Ambition Aspire Achieve, our Youth Work programmes support young people to develop the confidence, resilience and skills they need to succeed. We provide safe, inclusive spaces where young people can build positive relationships, discover new interests and access trusted support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations.
Through a combination of youth clubs, mentoring, personal development, outdoor learning and leadership opportunities, we encourage young people to broaden their horizons, develop essential life skills and make positive choices for their future. Whether they're looking to gain new experiences, improve their wellbeing, prepare for employment or simply enjoy spending time with friends in a supportive environment, our programmes are designed to help every young person reach their full potential.
Our Youth Work includes:
Evening youth clubs
Mentoring and one-to-one support
Personal development programmes
Outdoor learning and residential experiences
Duke of Edinburgh's Award
Future Talent initiatives
Employability and progression support
Leadership and volunteering opportunities
Holiday activities and enrichment programmes
Through our youth clubs at the Terence Brown Arc and Glyn Hopkin Abbey Hub, young people have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities, make new friends and develop the confidence and skills needed for adulthood.
