Our Founder

Ambition Aspire Achieve was founded in June 2016 by the late Kevin Jenkins OBE, who had over 40 years experience and knowledge of initiating, developing and managing successful young people's initiatives across Newham.

Kevin co-founded Community Links in 1976, a children’s and young people’s charity in Newham and became the Life President in 2016, after which he set up Ambition Aspire Achieve. He was also a local Labour councillor for over 25 years, helping residents in Newham.

As well as receiving an Order of The British Empire (OBE) Kevin also won a Beacon Award for his work within the local community, a long service award for his time as a councillor and the Freedom of the London Borough of Newham.

Kevin dedicated his life to making life better for others.
