Our Outreach Work is focused on engaging children and young people where they are, building trusted relationships and providing early intervention to help them make safe, positive choices. By working directly within local communities, schools and neighbourhoods across Newham, we support young people who may be at risk of exploitation, involvement in crime or anti-social behaviour, helping them to build resilience, confidence and brighter futures.

Our experienced youth workers deliver tailored programmes that educate, inspire and empower young people to recognise risks, develop positive decision-making skills and access the support they need. Through both preventative and targeted interventions, we create opportunities for young people to stay safe, realise their potential and become active members of their communities.
