Grand opening of the Glyn Hopkin Abbey Hub!
We had a fantastic day as the Glyn Hopkin Abbey Hub opened it's doors and welcomed friends and neighbours. The children enjoyed the Ribbon Cutting with Glyn Hopkin as well as the barbecue and, of course, the cake!

The Red Box Project
Our youth team with our Red Box from the Red Box Project, which houses womens sanitary products for those who are unable to afford to purchase such items themselves. We now have a box at our Arc hub for our young women to benefit from. You can find out more details at redboxproject.org/.

Join us at The Arc for our Friday Night Disco from 7 - 9pm on the 22nd of June and our Family Day on Sunday 24th June, noon to 3pm. Both events cater for children and young people with learning difficulties/ disabilities.

London City Airport Visit
A group of our young people enjoyed a trip to their local city airport. They had the opportunity to look around the airport, meet and chat with one of the pilots and watch the planes take off.
A great day had by all. It's things like this that really make a difference and we're so proud to be able to offer these opportunities.

What a great start to the New Near - AAA took 90 children and parents to the Peacock Theatre on 27th January to see the Wizard of Oz. A great time was had by all, and you can see more clips in our gallery.

Kindhearted tenpin bowlers struck out for Ambition, Aspire, Achieve
The Sunday Trios League and their friends and family held the fundraising event at Rollerbowl at the City Pavilion in Collier Row, Romford, to raise money for AAA, beating their previous record of £500 by raising £650! League secretary Colin Grainger said: "I'd like to thank all the bowlers and City Pavilion for their efforts, it was a lovely evening."

Easter Egg Appeal and Bike Run
We were delighted to welcome the bike run participants who supported us in aid of the Easter Egg appeal. The run raised over 350 eggs and £151 in donations and the raffle (which we will convert into eggs) - a really tremendous effort!! Everyone's efforts will make a direct and real difference for our areas most vulnerable, at risk and disadvantaged children this Easter.
Prudential RideLondon 2017
We are really looking forward to once again taking part in the Prudential RideLondon event this coming July. If you would like to get involved to ride for AAA please contact Kevin Jenkins via email or phone 020 7511 4253.

We are delighted to announce the date for our 2nd Annual Fundraiser to be held at the wonderful Brick Lane Music Hall on Saturday 6th May 2017!
Tickets can be purchased by getting in touch with Kevin Jenkins OBE via telephone (07860 487 727) or email. This year promises to be a fantastic night of fun, laughter, food and song. The theme is 'Best of British' and the Master of Ceremonies is the illustrious Vincent Hayes MBE.
Tickets are £49.95 pp and tables from 2 to 12 can be reserved. Pre-booking is essential and early booking advisable. Doors will open at 6.30pm with dinner at 7.30pm and carriages at midnight. So come and enjoy a three course meal with tea/coffee, a bang up show and a raffle and auction to raise much needed funds for Ambition, Aspire, Achieve! There will also be a paid bar available through the evening.
It's great to be beside the Southend Seaside
The Adventure Island Amusement Park and Sea Life Adventure events, organised by AAA and East Community Transport were a huge success and a good time was had by all. You can read more here.
